Not at all. The beauty of Heartbreak is that we scale everything to your level. Your 1:1 sessions will be tailored to where you're at right now, and our coaches will guide you through every step. You'll be challenged, but never thrown in the deep end without support.

Absolutely. This program is perfect for returning athletes. We'll assess where you're at in your baseline testing and build from there. You'll be surprised how quickly your body remembers.

You've got unlimited access, so train as much as your schedule allows. The more you show up, the better your results. But life happens – just make the most of it when you can.

That depends on you. At minimum, you'll have your 4 PT sessions spread across the month plus your baseline and re-test. Beyond that, it's up to you how many group classes you attend. Most people train 4-6 times per week for best results.
