Our S&C program is designed to build strong, capable athletes — whether you’re a fighter, parent, tradie, or someone chasing serious performance.
We offer a wide rotation of structured classes, including:
Strength – Full-body barbell and dumbbell lifting to build muscle and resilience
Power – Olympic lifting, jumps, and speed-based lifts to increase explosiveness
Kettlebells – High-output sessions using kettlebells for functional strength, mobility, and conditioning
Core & Conditioning – Engine-building classes combining sleds, carries, circuits, and more
Athlete Development – Designed for field sport athletes and fighters, focusing on movement quality and power output
Active Recovery / Mobility – Structured sessions for improving range, reducing soreness, and bulletproofing your body
All classes are coach-led, scalable for all levels, and scheduled throughout the week to allow for smart progression and recovery.
